(Dec 17, 2021) Predrag Bakic of the University of Pennsylvania presents his work using Virtual Clinical Trials to evaluate simultaneous digital breast tomosynthesis and mechanical imaging (DBTMI). DBTMI is a novel multimodality imaging method with potential to improve sensitivity and specificity of breast cancer screening. 

(Nov 19, 2021) Elizabeth Jones of the NIH Clinical Center and Ehsan Abadi from Duke University evaluate the potential of photon-counting CT in terms of various clinical applications and demonstrate the role of virtual imaging trials in its assessment and optimization.
