We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for all aspiring minds in the realm of virtual imaging trials. As part of our commitment to support capability development in regulatory science and innovation and foster academic growth and collaboration, the InSilicoUK Network, with generous support from the Royal Academy of Engineering, offers partial scholarships for UK-based graduate students, regulators, and newly appointed academics to attend and participate in the VITM conference! 

UK-based regulators, PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, and early career academics can apply for partial scholarships (up to £500). Whether you are presenting a paper or poster, or simply seeking to expand your horizons, we encourage you to take advantage of this chance to further your academic or continuous education journey. Preference will be given to individuals who have an accepted abstract presentation or are regulators in any UK regulatory body.

Please complete the designated application form on the conference website (Logistics and Registration) to apply for the partial scholarship. Supporting your application, we kindly request a concise motivation statement of approximately 50 words, co-signed by your advisor or line manager, outlining your interest in attending the conference and how it aligns with your academic or professional goals.

All trainees (eg. graduate students, PhD students, postdoctoral researchers) are eligible to apply for the partial scholarships. Whether you are presenting your research, actively participating in discussions, or simply seeking to expand your horizons, we encourage you to take advantage of this chance to further your academic journey. But be aware, preference will be given to individuals who submit an abstract for presentation along with their scholarship application.
