Deep learning has shown great impact on PET and SPECT imaging. This presentation includes a number of developments and applications of deep learning in PET and SPECT image denoising, image reconstruction, motion correction, attenuation correction, and image synthesis. The model training strategy combining human data, large animal data, and simulated data was also discussed.
