The talk provides a comprehensive overview of the Center’s vision, objectives, and strategic role in advancing computational modeling and simulation. The UK-CEiRSI mission is to revolutionize medical product development by minimizing animal testing. The center focuses on fostering collaboration among academia, regulators, and industry to accelerate regulatory approvals and enhance safety and efficacy assessments. The talk will also highlight the vision and the opportunities for collaborations between the UK-CEiRSI, the CVIT, and the recently formed Triangle-CERSI towards building a unified scientific foundation that will accelerate innovation, reduce redundancy, and ultimately deliver safer, more effective medical technologies to patients worldwide.
